Catch-All Email Address, Email Redirects, and POP Email Accounts -The Catch All Email address is your account default. When your account is initially set up, we configure your site to simply catch all emails sent to your domain and put them in your site manager's email account where they will forward to any email address of your choice. If you do not want to catch all email addresses, then follow the instructions below.
Removing Catch All and Configuring Personal Email Addresses In the email aliases you should see @www.yourdomain.com. You will need to remove this and edit your email redirects. To do this click on the User Management button as seen in figure 5-1 and then find the user with the @www.yourdomain.com email alias. To the right of the user name you will see a blue button with an envelope on it. Click it and in the email box simply remove this and put in the names you wish to receive email for that user. Each name should be separated by a space or pressing the enter key. Do not put the domain extension on it. If you wish to receive email to you@yourdomain.com simply put "you" in the box and save changes. Simple AutorespondersEach account and email alias includes one AutoResponder. An autoresponder is a simple way of setting up an email address to return a message automatically when someone sends email to it. Instructions for setup are as follows:From the User Management screen, choose the user for the autoresponder. Click on the blue envelope. Enter the autoresponder text. Check the reply box. Save the settings and your AutoResponder setup is complete. Mail List ManagementTo create a mailing list from your Site Management Control Panel located at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin, click on the List Management button. Then, enter the name of the mailing list and the users you wish to be added.
Adding A Mail/FTP/Telnet User To add a new user to your site, go to the Site Management Control Panel located at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin. Click on the User Management Button. Click on the Add User button. You will then see the screen below:
Enter the requested information. If you make this user a Site Administrator -- NOT recommended, they will have FULL Access to your site! Also when choosing a password make sure it is 8 characters and includes a number somewhere besides the first or last character.
